All applicants for the ReTrain to Retain project agree to the following terms and conditions:
The privacy statement will provide information on how CIMSPA protects, manages, stores, and deletes members data. It will also provide information on individual privacy rights and how the data protection law protects an individual’s personal data. Furthermore, it will outline what CIMSPA will do with individual data, how long CIMSPA will retain it and who it will share this information with.
Code of Conduct
Participants of the ReTrain to Retain project will be asked to act in accordance with the CIMSPA member code of conduct. This is a mandatory set of requirements that ReTrain to Retain participants must always fully adhere to. Failure to adhere to the code of conduct may result in sanctions being taken against individual ReTrain to Retain participants, which could include but are not limited to the removal from the programme.
UK Coaching and EMD UK
As part of ReTrain to Retain, participants in the following job roles will receive training, support, and resources from UK Coaching and EMD UK across Group Exercise Instructor, Coach, and Assistant Coach. To gain access to their support, CIMSPA will share the following data with UK Coaching and EMD UK: email address, membership type, membership expiry date, and date of birth. In agreeing to become a participant of ReTrain to Retain you are also agreeing that CIMSPA can share this personal data with UK Coaching for the purpose outlined above.
